I’m Michelle, founder of Lael Herbal Home, a wellness practice built from my own journey of learning how nutrition, herbs, and lifestyle choices can support long-term wellness. As a Certified Herbalist and Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant, I work with clients to develop individualized wellness plans that combine nutrition guidance, herbal support, practical lifestyle recommendations, and educational resources tailored to their goals. In addition to consultations, I create small-batch botanical products and educational content designed to help individuals and families make informed, intentional choices for their everyday wellness.
