At Lael Herbal Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wellness journey. Because many of our items are natural and personal care products, we maintain specific guidelines regarding what can and cannot be returned to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers.
Product Eligibility and Standard Returns
Due to the nature of herbal products, teas, and personal care items, opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances. However, unopened and unused products in their original condition may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an explicit error made by Lael Herbal Home.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging your orders, but if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to make it right. Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue. To help us process your resolution quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items in your communication.
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Approved refunds are issued directly to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow standard processing time for the funds to appear back in your account after the return has been inspected.
Non-Refundable Items and Services
Certain products and specialized offerings are entirely non-refundable. This exclusion applies to all custom consultations, personalized wellness plans, digital products, downloadable resources, workshops, classes, and any professional services provided through the Practice Better platform.
