How do I use the products?
Use the serving and preparation directions supplied with each product. VitaTera™ is intended with breakfast, VerMar™ with lunch, and MoHavra™ preferably in the evening. Follow Solvara’s label for its schedule.
Why this aloe—and what does the research show?
MoHavra™ uses Madagascar’s Aloe macroclada, the specific species investigated in human research on stem and precursor cell mobilization. Mobilization describes cells moving from bone marrow into the bloodstream; studies of specific preparations reported temporary increases in circulating cells. This documented connection explains its selection as the core botanical.†
The precise compounds and signaling pathway remain unresolved. These findings do not establish that other aloe species cannot mobilize cells, or prove the effects of MoHavra™ or the complete protocol.

Supporting studies used differing preparations, including isolated fractions; they were not trials of these finished formulations.
Cacao, astragalus, and supporting ashwagandha
Cocoa-flavanol studies measured circulating angiogenic cells associated with vascular maintenance and repair. These differ from the blood-forming stem and precursor cell populations investigated in the Vahona research. Astragalus studies examined specific polysaccharide preparations and blood-forming stem/progenitor cell protection or growth, chiefly in laboratory and animal models; they do not establish mobilization from taking this blend.†
These findings inform ingredient selection. VitaTera™ has not been clinically tested, and its flavanol and polysaccharide amounts have not been shown to match the research preparations.

Ashwagandha is selected for traditional stress support. Studies of specific ashwagandha extracts have measured stress and cortisol responses; these are not trials of VitaTera™. Stress-related signaling influences blood-forming stem-cell activity, but it has not been established that this blend corrects that signaling.
