What comes in your set
- One 8 fl oz / 236 mL NetHrose™ bottle, with a regular cap and no dropper.
- One separate 1 oz / 28 g pouch of 100% organic chia seeds, intended to be added to your prepared NetHrose drink.
Both items are sold together as one set for $35.99. The chia seeds are packaged separately; they are not inside the bottle.
Why pair it with chia?
Chia seeds provide complete plant protein containing all nine essential amino acids, along with omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and fiber. Their texture when hydrated complements this everyday botanical drink.
Suggested use
- Shake the NetHrose bottle well.
- Mix 1 tablespoon (15 mL) NetHrose into 6 oz water.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of the separately packaged organic chia seeds and allow the seeds to fully hydrate before drinking.
Suggested chia use: 1 tablespoon daily.
